Early Major Supporters and Investors:
Harold and Barbara Gale:
*Thanks to their trust and belief in our work, and their dedicated encouraging involvement, all animals benefited, but especially dogs Chal and Starlight. Harold found our Starlight Bc through Karen Thompson, his entrusted BC breeder and trainer. Because of the Gale’s we were able to stay on site and open the AnimalSign Institute. In honor, we named the Barn Rooms: ‘Barbara’s Den,’ & the Dog Workspace, ‘Harold’s Hut.’ Entering Barbara’s Den, we will always have her in our thoughts.

Dr. Karen Thompson:
*Thanks to her selection, donation of, and coaching on raising Starlight, our Border collie, she joined the team. The Project Starlight involves training her and puppies in intense language and studying its effects throughout their lives. www.thompsonbordercollies.com
